The Metuchen-Edison Historical Society needs your support. We have many items in the archive which need to be organized, catalogued, and preserved. In addition, we are constantly looking for new ways to make the contents of the archive more accessible to the public.
How can you help?
Join the society. We need more members. Your membership dues will support our activities, and your participation will help us do the things we need to do.
Volunteer. You'll find that local history can be fascinating, and your efforts will be rewarding.
Make a donation to the society. Amazon's Honor System is a quick and easy way for you to make a small donation. Proceeds go directly to the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society, where they are used to acquire and preserve local photographs, books, documents, maps, oral histories, and other artifacts.
Buy our merchandise. We offer a wide range of interesting and informative products (and we're adding new items all of the time). Many of the items make great gifts for school children, possibly sparking their interest in the history of their hometown.
